Abstract
The learning effect of the neuron-like conducting polymer is considered to produce to the network device with the shape and functions of the neuron. T he conducting polymer gel has been investigated to add the learning effect on the path between the neuron-like conducting polymers. AC and DC voltage was applied to the conducting polymer gel as pretreatment during the liquid -phase doping. After pretreatment the ethanol was dropped out the path and the change of the current was measured. It was found that AC voltage works as learning effect.
