Abstract
Some thermal properties of isotactic polypropylene/hard Fischer-Topsch wax
blends were investigated in this paper. Mutual miscibility of components in
the solid and melt states is discussed. It was found that, at low wax conc
entrations, polypropylene and hard paraffin wax are homogeneous on a macros
copic level. TGA results confirmed the lower thermal stability of blends co
