Temperature profiles for fish catches including on-trawler and in auction r
ooms have been captured using autonomous temperature monitoring units. The
profiles have been imported into Seafood Spoilage Prediction software and R
emaining Shelf-Life estimated. The limitations of the monitoring system emp
loyed, and the impact of rapid developments in sensing and communications t
