Abstract
The Tc99-105 isotopes have been produced at high spin as fission fragments following the fusion reaction Cl-37(170 MeV) + Yb-176 and studied with the Euroball3 array. The high-spin structures of Tc-103 have been identified fo r the first time. From the systematics of the yrast states of Tc97-105, the location of individual proton states can be analyzed as a function of the neutron number.
