Abstract
Anisotropic self-diffraction (ASD) under Bragg mismatch has been studied. W e derive a solution that can describe well the diffraction characteristics of the anisotropic self-diffraction under Bragg mismatch. The solution is u seful for estimating the Bragg constraint when the ASD is applied to optica l information processing. Both the theory and the experiment are presented.
