Abstract
A temperature-sensitive polymer containing a terminal carboxyl group was pr epared by copolymerization of N-isopropylacrylamide with mercaptoacetic aci d, This polymer was conjugated to the IgG with EDCI and used to develop a n ovel polymer-mimetic enzyme competitive immunoassay method for determinatio n of anti-IgG with iron-tetrasulfonatophthalocyanine as a labelling reagent to catalyze the reaction of p-hydroxyphenyl acetic-acid (HPA) and hydrogen peroxide in alkaline medium. The calibration graph for anti-IgG was linear over the range of 0-1 500 ng/mL with a detection limit of 2.0 ng/mL.
