Abstract
A 16-channel InP-based (lambda similar or equal to 1.55 mu m) monolith ically integrated photoreceiver array is realised with an average chan nel bandwidth of 11.5GHz and adjacent channel crosstalk of < -35dB wit h both dual bias design and the incorporation of metal shields.
