Abstract
A model apparatus has been developed on the basis of the electrodialysis te chnique for the production of drinking quality water from artesian and salt y water mineralized up to 8 kg/m(3), with productivity of up to 1.0 m(3)/h. The apparatus consists of a unit providing purification from iron, mangane se and the disperse phase, the units of heat recuperation, ultraviolet disi nfecting of water, electrodialysis desalination with reverse power supply, and the block providing the accumulation of purified water involving a pneu mohydroaccumulator. Drinking water meeting the demands of European standard s was produced from the artesian water in the Novosibirsk region with the h elp of these model devices.
