Abstract
A very simple digitally programmable attenuator using FG-MOSFETs (floating- gate MOSFETs) is presented. HSPICE simulations of the circuit demonstrate a THD of less than -32dB and a Variable gain range of -13 to -31dB with a su pply voltage of +/-1.5V, load resistance of 10kW and input signal of 3V(p-p ).
