Abstract
an infant with skeletal anomalies and haemolytic disease, intestinal p erforation was caused by necrosis of an as yet undetected B-cell lymph oma. Severe combined immunodeficiency with short-limbed skeletal dyspl asia was diagnosed. This is the first published report of a patient wi th this syndrome in combination with haemolytic disease and B-cell-lym phoma.
