Abstract
Metatastic carcinoma of the tonsil is uncommon. Tonsillar metastases rarely become apparent before the diagnosis of the primary neoplasm. We describe only the second reported case of tonsillar metastasis as a presenting featu re of gastric carcinoma. A review of the literature is also discussed. (C) 2001 Harcourt Publishers Ltd.
