eating in oscillatory sliding and rotating rods is studied. The problem und
er consideration consists two rods, one of them is stationary and the other
exhibits both oscillatory axial sliding and rotational motion. In terms of
the obtained closed form solutions for the temperature distribution in bot
h rods, the effect of different parameters on the rod thermal behavior may
