H. Nishi et Y. Kuwahara, Enantiomer separation by capillary electrophoresis utilizing noncyclic mono-, oligo- and polysaccharides as chiral selectors, J BIOCH BIO, 48(2), 2001, pp. 89-102
Various noncyclic mono-, oligo- and polysaccharides have been successfully
used for enantiomer separation in the analytical sciences such as HPLC and
capillary electrophoresis (CE). This review presents: enantiomer separation
by CE utilizing mainly polysaccharides as chiral additives. The operation
conditions that affect the enantioselectivity are briefly discussed. (C) 20
