Abstract
For the nonlinear discrete dynamical system Xk + 1 = Tx(k) on bounded, clos ed and convex set D subset of R-n, we present several sufficient and necess ary conditions under which the unique equilibrium point is globally exponen tially asymptotically stable. The infimum of exponential bounds of converge nt trajectories is also derived. (C) 2001 Academic Press.
