Abstract
Monte Carlo simulation of electron motion in a Landau-quantized GaAs/AlAs s uperlattice with narrow miniband width is performed to investigate the effe ct of a strong magnetic field on miniband conduction. Suppression of the mi niband conduction under high magnetic fields at low temperatures and its re covery at high temperatures are discussed. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. A ll rights reserved.
