Abstract
The magnetic field sensors are made of Fe/Cr superlattices showing the gian t magnetoresistive effect. The magnetoresistance and the temporal stability of sensors have been studied as well the temperature interval of their ope ration. The investigation of the frequency dependence of the output demonst rated that sensors can be utilized in radio frequency magnetoelectronics. T he possible realms of application in magnetic measurements and nondestructi ve testing are mentioned. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserve d.
