Abstract
Videoscopic staging of pancreatic cancer, double bypass, distal pancreatect omy, enucleation of benign adenomata, and drainage of pseudocysts are techn iques that are meeting with greater acceptance. This article examines the c ontribution of minimally invasive techniques, including diagnostic and ther apeutic laparoscopy and laparoscopic ultrasonography, in the treatment of p ancreatic diseases.
