Abstract
4-substituted-1,3-dithiole-2-thiones are described as precursors for homole
ptic[NEt4][M{S2C2H(p-X-C6H4)}2] and heteroleptic complexes [M{S2C2H(p-X-C6H
4)}(dppe)] (M = Ni, Pd; X = Me, CN). The properties of the new complexes in
cluding the electrochemistry and the electronic spectra are reported.
