Abstract
Four crystal phases are obtained from BETS (BETS = bis(ethylenedithio)tetra selenafulvalene) and the [Cu2Cl6](2-) anion. Their synthesis, structures, a nd properties are presented. The synthesis, structure and properties of the theta-(BETS)(4)[Fe(CN)(5)NO] phase, which involves an anion exhibiting lon g-lived excited states, is reported. The structure and properties of M(dmit )(2) salts with magnetic cations (metalloceniums, TEMPO) are mentioned.
