) health care delivery. Pro bone is defined, and the scope of activities an
d the obligations inherent in this type of provision of care are discussed.
The legal aspects of planning for and implementing pro hone service activi
ties are presented. Qualified immunity according to the Good Samaritan stat
utes are addressed. Finally, clinical liability risk management for protect
ing the provider from liability is presented.
