Abstract
The blaberid genus Aspiduchus is redescribed. A new species is described fr om Dominican Republic (Hispaniola island), and a taxonomic key is given to distinguish the new taxon from the previously known species A. deplanatus ( from Cuba), A. borinquen and A. cavernicola (from Puerto Rico).
