Abstract
A robust technology of systems analysis is proposed as a means of increasin g the degree of efficiency of the results of analysis of seismic informatio n. The analysis is based on generation and identification of sets of inform ation features of the seismic signals. By means of robust algorithms on the basis of which these sets are generated, it becomes possible to consider t he noise of seismic signals as information carriers. For this purpose sets of position-time and position-frequency parameters of the noise and of the useful signal are also generated and applied. By means of these parameters it becomes possible to analyze seismic oscillations above the threshold lev el as well as at the background level.
