During the last years an increasing number of reports concerning Kingella k
ingae infections in children has been published. Most cases were osteoartic
ular infections. The authors report the clinical and laboratory findings fr
om a 3-year-old child with a presternal soft tissue infection due to K king
ae. After surgical excochleation and antibiotic treatment there was an unev
