Abstract
Anomalies (minima of sigma (fp)) are discovered in composition dependencies of the critical stress sigma (fp) for catastrophic shear of the Fe100-xBx, Fe80-xNixB20 and Fe85-xCoxB15 amorphous alloys. These minima correspond to the eutectic (x = 17) in the Fe-B system, to x = 40 in the Fe-Ni-B system and to x = 40 and 21 in the Fe-Co-B system. Considering mobile dislocations in amorphous alloys located at boundaries between nanoclusters makes it po ssible to explain and to predict anomalous (non-monotonous) composition dep endencies of mechanical properties of amorphous alloys.
