Abstract
The state space method [1, 2], which is classical in control theory, i s used to study hysteresis. The space of states is studied for mathema tical models of complex vector hysteresis nonlinearity that generalize the Preisach model [3-7]. Operators that associate variable external interaction with variable states and output values of the correspondin g hysteresis nonlinearity are constructed.
