Abstract
We report about a rare complication after aortobifemoral bypass surgery. In the present case the left limb of an aortobifemoral bypass graft was place d straight through the cavity of the urinary bladder. The diagnosis was fou nd and ascertained by colour duplex ultrasound examination, cystoskopy and angiography, In consequence, we successfully performed open bladder surgery to replace the misplaced graft.
