Abstract
Although the search for newer and more effective oral therapies is expandin g, intracavernosal and intraurethral treatments continue to keep pace and w ill likely remain in the clinicians' erectile dysfunction armamentarium in the years to come. If oral therapies are ineffective or have undesirable si de effects, the intraurethral or intracavernosal routes are the next approa ch that should be prescribed.
