Abstract
Using 4-iodo-N-[2-(1-piperidinyl)ethyl]benzamide (IPAB) as the lead compoun d we prepared five new 1,2-dicarba-closo-dodecaborane skeleton-containing a nalogues with the aim of finding new therapeutic agents for Boron Neutron C apture Therapy (BNCT) of malignant melanoma and breast cancer.
