A simultaneous analysis of two different 5 pi final states from (p) over ba
rN annihilation at rest is used to study the decays of isoscalar 0(++) stat
es into 4 pi (0). The data demand two scalar states, the f(0)(1370) with m
= 1395 +/- 40 MeV/c(2), Gamma = 275 +/- 55 MeV/c(2) and the f(0)(1500) with
mass and width compatible with previous findings. Apart from the dominant
scalar intensity, the pi (1300) plays an important role in the 5 pi dynamic
s. Wic find a mass of m = 1375 +/- 40 MeV/c(2) and a width of Gamma = 268 /- 50 MeV/c(2) with a dominant decay into rho pi. The (pi pi)(s)pi decay of
the pi (1300) is less than 15% of its rho pi decay.
