c-Oriented epitaxial films of YxHo1-xBa2Cu3O7-gamma/SrTiO3 (100) (x=0,
0.3, 0.35, 0.45, 1) were successfully grown by single source powder f
lash evaporation MOCVD technique and characterized by XRD, SNMS and SE
M. According to a.c.-magnetic susceptibility measurements, T-c of the
films ranged from 90.0 to 91.7 K and j(c)(T=77 K, H=100 Oe) was about
7.10(5) A cm(-2). Superconducting properties of the films were found t
o be nearly independent on x value in solid solution formula. The abse
nce of dependence of T-c and j(c) on x may be due to extremely close i
onic radii of Y3+ and Ho3+.
