Abstract
A theoretical investigation is carried out of the ground state of a finite assembly of Bose hard spheres enclosed in a spherical cavity. Total and con densate radial densities are computed, and the non-uniform condensate is st udied as a function of the number of particles in the cavity. Comparison wi th mean-field results is made. Possible experimental implications are discu ssed.
