M. Grimsditch et al., Brillouin scattering and diffracted magneto-optical Kerr effect from arrays of dots and antidots (invited), J APPL PHYS, 89(11), 2001, pp. 7096-7100
The magnetic properties of nanoarrays have been investigated using Brilloui
n scattering, magneto-optical Kerr effect (MOKE) and diffracted-MOKE (DMOKE
) techniques. The anisotropies in negative arrays are found to be due to th
e shape of the holes and not due to the array itself. The DMOKE results all
ow us to extract the domain pattern at remanence. (C) 2001 American Institu
