Abstract
Micromagnetic simulations of ferromagnetic fine particle systems have been used to study the effect of various parameters on the hysteresis loops and on the ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) curves. Systematic calculations show t hat the effect of the dipolar interactions on such systems significantly di ffers from that introduced by the exchange interactions. It is important to note that the anisotropy and damping parameter also contribute to the FMR response. (C) 2001 American Institute of Physics.
