Abstract
The effects of finite temperature on exchange bias are investigated using M onte Carlo simulations of model systems. Thermal effects may introduce phas e slips of domain walls wound into the antiferromagnet. Furthermore, spin-f lop coupling may be unstable with respect to domain formation at the interf ace.
