Abstract
At age 6 years, a cohort of non-asphyxiated children, 52 with gestational c ocaine exposure and 63 control subjects, underwent a neurologic examination . Groups did not differ on any aspect of the examination. This finding, whi le reassuring, does not exclude the possibility of more subtle deficits.
