Abstract
The use of color Doppler interrogation significantly improves accuracy in t he evaluation of coronary artery anatomy. This was demonstrated in a patien t in whom the left coronary artery originated from the posterior and medial aspect of the pulmonary artery, a particularly difficult coronary anomaly to detect by 2-dimensional imaging. In addition to the coronary artery anom aly, this patient also had an arcade mitral valve.
