Abstract
A two-parameter algorithm is suggested for the time-domain electrodynamic a nalysis of planar structures with an arbitrary distribution of permeability CL. This algorithm is applied to the analysis of radio pulse scattering by a cylinder filled with an inhomogeneous magnetic medium.
