Abstract
The amplitude-frequency characteristic of a filter based on magnetostatic w aves which propagate in ferrite films magnetized by a nonuniform valley-typ e field is investigated. The behavior of the characteristic, the center fre quency, and the passband width of the filter are analyzed for different rel ative positions of transducers. It is demonstrated that the results obtaine d provide the possibility of designing filters with preset characteristics.
