Sufficient conditions are established for the global asymptotic stability o
f the steady state of a regulated logistic growth with variable coefficient
s in the state feedback of the control modelled by

where mu denotes an indirect control variable; k, tau, a, b, and c are posi
tive constants; and r(t) is an element of C([0,infinity),(0, infinity)). So
