Abstract
This study surveyed 940 elders regarding their perceptions of the services they received under the Independent Living Program for Older Individuals Wh o Are Blind (Title VII, Chapter 2 of the Rehabilitation Act, 1973, as amend ed). Significant differences were found in perceived outcomes based on the elders' gender, age, living arrangements, and age at onset of visual impair ment. The results have programmatic and service delivery implications for s taff who conduct program evaluation.
