Abstract
The Tenth International Conference on trichinellosis, organized by the Inte rnational Commission on Trichinellosis, gathered together 147 scientists fr om 34 countries. The 173 presentations ranged over most aspects of this par asitic zoonosis: history, epidemiology, speciation, biology, immunology, bi ochemistry, human and animal pathology, new diagnostic methods and control.
