Abstract
Western-blotting analysis showed the presence of tyrosine phosphorylated pr oteins in crude extracts of T. spiralis larvae and these phosphorylated pro teins were located by immunofluorescence on the striations of the larval cu ticle. The patterns of phosphorylated proteins were modified when larvae we re incubated with bile.
