Abstract
In order to improve the selective absorption behavior of desulfurizer, a ne w sterically hindered amine desulfurizer, JPE-7, was developed. The perform ance of the desulfurizer was evaluated in laboratory. The effects of raw ga s flow rate, absorption temperature and time, meanwhile JPE-7 and MDEA comp ound concentration on selective absorption capacity for H2S were investigat ed. Results showed that the desulfurizer JPE-7 had more excellent selectivi ty and absorption capacities than MDEA. The commercial availability of JPE- 7 was discussed.
