Five female patients undergoing cyclosporin A therapy had newly developed b
reast masses. Masses were bilateral in three of the five patients and palpa
ble in four patients. The imaging findings were suggestive of fibroadenomas
, and biopsy results were used to confirm the diagnosis. With the developme
nt of new breast lesions in patients after transplantation surgery, the dia
gnosis of cyclosporin A-induced fibroadenomas should be considered.
