Abstract
The authors report the case of a 39-year-old man with a common origin of th ree arteries-the celiac, superior mesentenc, and inferior mesenteric arteri es-that has not been de; scribed previously in the literature, to their kno wledge. This variant, which they call the celiac-bimesenteric trunk, is doc umented with a selective angiogram, and an embryologic explanation is offer ed.
