Abstract
Two-dimensional QCD is bosonized to be an integrably deformed Wess-Zum ino-Witten model under proper limit. Fermions are identified having in dices of the Grassmann manifold. Conditions for integrability are anal yzed and their physical meanings are discussed. We also address the na ture of the exactly solvable part of the theory and find the infinitel y many conserved quantities. (C) 1997 American Institute of Physics.
