Abstract
The magnetooptical and magnetic properties of porous silicon containing ele ctrochemically incorporated cobalt microgranules were studied. It was found that the granular cobalt-porous silicon nanocomposites exhibit ferromagnet ic properties. The nanocomposite with a cobalt content of 10% showed anomal ously high magnitude of the equatorial Kerr effect. (C) 2001 MAIK "Nauka/In terperiodica".
