Abstract
Different subsets of dendritic cells (DCs) appear to play a role in determi ning the specific cytokines secreted by T helper (Th) cells. A model is pro posed that links together factors such as the pathogen, microenvironment. D Cs andT cells in a mechanism that results in a flexible determination of T- cell polarization.
