Abstract
Experiments with transgenic and knockout mice have begun to elucidate disti nct roles for the three members of the Jun family of transcription factors. Mice with tissue-specific loss of JunB develop a myeloproliferative disord er, emphasizing the important roles that Jun proteins play in regulating li fe and death decisions in disease.
