Abstract
In 212 patients (227 crafts), frequency of early occlusion and stenosis aft er minimally invasive direct coronary arterial bypass procedure using 1 of 3 stabilization techniques-pharmacologic stabilization (39 grafts), mechani cal stabilization (161 grafts), and mechanical stabilization and intralumin al shunts (27 grafts)-was evaluated. The patency rate of the minimally inva sive direct coronary arterial bypass grafts has improved stabilization tech nology.
